OERTZEN VacLav 2 - Aircraft Waste Line Descaling System

^₁st pump generates 400 bar / 5800 psi high pressure water, cleaning aircraft waste lines from residues
2^nd pump produces a strong vacuum of 320 mbar, vacuuming residues into waste tank

VacLav 2 Descaling System working with cold hp water only -
no chemicals
no leaks
no damage on waste lines and Hydraflow couplings.

To start working, VacLav 2 adaptor is connected to waste line of aircraft toilet. On opposite side of adaptor a drain cleaning hose 56 m / 184 ft (on portable hose reel) with special nozzle is inserted into tubing system. 1^st hp pump now delivers hp water with 400 bar / 5800 psi working pressure. Special descaling nozzle pulls itself forward through waste lines because of it's backward directed nozzle jets - removing layers of residues (urin scale) powerful but damage-free from walls of tubing system.

To this VacLav 2 adaptor a discharging waste hose is connected additionally. 2^nd hp pump now generates a strong vacuum removing residues from aircraft waste lines into external waste tank simultaneously. Virtually two work steps in one, which can be handled by one single maintenence person only.
